The Arrow Clubman has won the ultimate Challenge in Motorsport for Clubman Cars, The Clubman Challenge.
All Clubman Brands are represented in the Clubman Challenge.
Even the winner of the PRB Challenge was no match for the superiority of the Arrow Clubman, being soundly beaten.
The Results speak for themselves:
Over the 15 Races, the Arrow finished 1st on 14 occasions, winning ALL Trophy Races and finished 2nd once (for the first time at that track!)
A WINNING Rate of over 93%!!
This is easily the most successful Clubman car in the World – it may even be the most successful Race Car (of any type) in the World!
Competing in Category A, the division for the most highly developed cars, the Arrow was rarely headed and also took out the OVERALL Championship as well!
The owner of the Winning Arrow was Company owner Russell Butler, who wishes to thank all the people who made this possible.
“Racing interstate causes many logistical problems and we relied on the many Arrow supporters, owners and in particular our NSW State Agent, Eric Sheeren for assistance. They did a fantastic job in maintaining the car throughout the year; only routine maintenance was required after each race.
We have done absolutely no development on the car this year. We know we can make it go faster, but until we get some real competition, we don’t need to” - said Mr Butler.
